Refund Policy

Refunds, if provided, must be handled by BOLT Tournament directly (they are not handled through SportsSignup).

Registration Refunds:
The administration fee of $50.00 will not be refunded. If the full amount is paid and the team wishes to cancel, a request to cancel must be emailed to no later than May 23, 2014 in order to receive a refund (minus $50.00 registration fee). No refunds after May 23, 2014. If a team needs to cancel and can provide a replacement team in the same division, BOLT will review the request. If approved, BOLT will issue a refund, minus $50.00 registration fee, after the other team pays in full. No replacement team, no refund. If severe weather conditions force us to completely cancel the tournament, each team will receive a full refund minus a $50.00 administrative fee. We reserve the right to make reasonable arrangements to accommodate the tournament if severe weather conditions limit our access to the fields, We also reserve the right to retain the deposit from a team if that team defaults on their registration commitment.
